
Cook’s Fresh Market Grilled Peach Melba
(Serves 4)
4 large peaches, cut in half and pitted
1 T. Grand Marnier
2 T. sugar
4 scoops vanilla gelato or ice cream
½ pint fresh raspberries
4 T. raspberry sauce
Directions
Sprinkle cut side of peaches with Grand Marnier and sugar. Let marinate for half an hour. Preheat grill to high. Brush and clean grill thoroughly. Rub grill grates with oiled cloth. Grill peaches cut side down over high heat until caramelized, about 4 minutes.
Serve immediately over ice cream. Garnish with raspberries and raspberry sauce.
