
Grilled Goat Cheese in Grape Leaves
(Serves 6)
6 each half inch chevre slices (2 oz. each)
fresh cracked black pepper
3 T extra virgin olive oil
6-12 each grape leaves
Directions
Preheat grill or oven. Season both sides of chevre rounds with black pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and marinate for 1 hour. Trim stems of grape leaves and rinse thoroughly under cool water. Pat dry and place leaves top side down. Center marinated chevre on each leaf and wrap loosely. Brush with oil on the outside and grill 2-3 minutes each side or bake 6-6 minutes @ 375.
