Cook’s Fresh Market Cheddar Chutney Log
(20 hors d'oeuvre portions)

4 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/3 rd c. mango chutney, chopped fine
1 T. mayonnaise
¼ c. minced scallion
1 tsp. fresh cracked black pepper
½ c. finely chopped toasted pecans

Directions

Combine the cheese, chutney, mayo, scallion and pepper in a mixing bowl and blend well. Roll into a log in saran wrap and refrigerate for at least two hours or over night. Remove log from saran wrap and roll in pecans. Serve with crackers.
