Prime meat represents only 2% of all the meat produced in the U.S. and is the most marbled, tender, juicy and flavorful meat available. Prime meat is usually available only in high-end steak houses. We can custom cut, stuff, lard, bard, truss and even cook to your specifications. We grind, mix, crank and stuff our own sausages using our own recipes. We sell (and use) only Red Bird Farms Natural Chicken.
