HANDS-ON KNIFE SKILLS CLASS Knife
Looking to polish up your kitchen skills without the huge commitment of enrolling in a culinary school? Come and learn from Certified Master Chef Ed Janos! This comprehensive hands-on class will focus on training students to create menu items that utilize skills and knife handling abilities the pros use. Space is very limited for this class so call for reservations today!

The price of the class includes Free Knife sharpening for 1 Chef's Knife or long knife. This is offered in order to maximize the student's understanding of professional knife skills. Drop your knife off anytime PRIOR to Tuesday (August 9) BEFORE THE CLASS!

RECIPES — Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Cherry Balsamic Sauce
cherriesCherries are in season so don't hesitate to use them in exciting recipes such as the one below.

The flavor of cherries marries well with pork, and the acidity of the balsamic vinegar offers an interesting contrast to the sweetness of the cherries. The pork tenderloin can also be roasted in the oven. Recipe developed by Edward Janose, C.F.M.
